Today's challenge is to walk outside (or on a treadmill/ elliptical) for 30 min, then complete the below work out: LVI 3 Sets, LVII 5 Sets, LVIII 7 Sets.

 

  • 20 X High Knees (Each Knee is the goal, total 40)

  • 20 X Lunges (Jumping Lunges is the goal)

  • 20 X Calf Raises

  • 20 sec Calf Raise Hold

  • 20 X Combos Left, Right, Left, R Elbow, Knee strike

  • 10 X Knee to Elbow "Twist" Crunches

  • 10 X Getting up from Ground Position

  • 10 X One Legged Bridges

 

REST UP TO 2 MINUTES BETWEEN SETS!

  • 10 X Push ups

  • 10 X Sit ups

  • 10 X Squats or lunge walk

  • 10 X Down ups or Burr-pees :)
