  • 20 X High Knees (Each Knee is the goal, total 40)

  • 10 X Jump Squats

  • 10 X Jumping Lunges

  • 5 X Power Push-Ups

  • 20 X Half Jacks

  • 20 X Butt Kicks

 

REST UP TO 2 MINUTES BETWEEN SETS!

  • 10 X Getting up from Ground Position

  • 10 X One Legged Bridges
